W-FL BOCES/OCAC Regrant

Nan Westervelte, Dottie Mariner and Tracy Spates spoke about the changes in the Regrant Program
NYSSCA has changed their guidelines which has enabled W-FL BOCES/OCAC Regrant to change theirs
Cash Match Reduction: The 50:50 match can include 25% in-kind contributions (75% cash)
Longer Rant Planning Opportunities: Applications will be reviewed twice yearly (Deadline 06-29-01 and 12-01-01)
"User-Friendly" application form
No need for a District AIE Plan
Attendance at Re=Grant Application Orientation not mandatory if contact with Re-Grant Coordinator is made
Educational goals must include student assessment tools and methods for reflection
Can a District apply twice per year? (YES!)

Deadlines

Last date for requests and PO’s – Friday May 11th
Anything received after May deadline will be on 2001-2002 school year
